Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic location. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
2. Estimates and Pricing

Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described or if site conditions require additional time or materials. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with the work.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive on schedule. However, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to continue service.
4. Property Access
By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property and that we will have reasonable access to complete the job. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring gates, locks, or access points are unlocked on the day of service
- Removing vehicles, furniture, toys, pet waste, or other obstacles from the work area prior to our arrival
- Informing us of any hazards, buried lines, or special conditions on the property

5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and any electronic payment methods communicated at time of service. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond 14 days may be subject to a late fee or suspension of future services.
6. Satisfaction and Complaints
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to make it right. Complaints raised after this window may not be eligible for a remedy.
7. Damage and Liability

- Pre-existing damage to lawns, plants, or property
- Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, hidden obstacles, or inadequate access
- Natural occurrences such as disease, drought, or pest damage
- Incidental or consequential damages arising from the performance of services
Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Weather Policy
Lawn care services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, severe weather, or unsafe conditions. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you if a rescheduling is necessary. No cancellation fee applies for weather-related rescheduling.
9. Recurring Services
Clients who sign up for recurring lawn care plans agree to the schedule and frequency discussed at time of enrollment. Either party may cancel or modify a recurring plan with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring services on a seasonal basis with advance notice.
